The Team

Charlie started with Clarks Construction from day one as a Contracts Manager. As a Contracts Manager, he oversees all building construction projects from start to completion.

This ‘hands-on’ experience positions him as the perfect point of contact to develop and manage productive relationships with clients.

Outside work, Charlie enjoys going to the gym, playing video games and spending time with his family.

Matt has over 20 years experience within the construction industry managing multi projects with various sectors such as healthcare, education, residential, blue light, top end residential and many more just to mention a few.

Matt started his career as a mechanical engineer, implementing PPM processes for many of his client’s needs and then progressing into site, project, contracts and operations management which conveys his diverse and multi disciplined experience and approached to the construction industry.

In Matt’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, socializing , playing multiple sports, golf, football, pool and darts, works hard/play hard seems to be his moto which we have welcomed at Clark’s.

Having always wanted to pursue a career in construction, Felix is eager to develop his skills, gain practical experience, and build a solid foundation while working alongside our experienced team.

Felix brings a strong willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm for the trade.

Outside of work, Felix enjoys staying active and spending time with friends and family. He’s a big football fan and enjoys both watching the game and getting involved on the pitch.

When I’m not playing or following football, you’ll often find me catching up with friends at the pub.

Mitchell has spent over 8 years in the construction industry, firstly working for a reputable groundworks and concrete frame company, working on projects up to £35 million.

This has enabled him to effectively price tenders and build relationships with new and existing clients.

Outside work, Mitchell enjoys playing football, going to music events and spending time with his family.

Jack has 1.5 years of experience in the construction industry, working for a groundworks, tarmac, and landscaping company, complemented by his Level 3 sports coaching qualification from college.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing football, going to the gym, and spending time with his family.

Alex recently joined Clarks Construction Services Ltd as Compliance and Business Support Manager, bringing with her valuable experience from supporting a family member’s business within the construction industry over the past year.

Prior to transitioning into construction, Alex built a strong career in senior leadership roles, developing extensive expertise in organisational management and business operations.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, is a regular gym-goer, maintains a strong focus on health and wellbeing, and loves a good book.

Pat, a veteran of the building construction industry, previously worked as Secretary for a high-end joinery and Stone Masonry business.

Having worked with Steve previously, she joined Clarks in 2022 as Accounts Manager, responsible for managing the business’s finances.

In her spare time, she enjoys walking, gardening, holidays, listening to music and dancing around the kitchen.
